What a very good small and compact knife sharpener, it is small enough to fit upright in a drawer and very simple to use. Just pull the lever down and the sharpener sticks to any flat surface. It is easy to use and even has a directional arrow showing the direction to pull the knife. I have used a knife sharpener for many years and this is one of the best I have used, all my knives are razor sharp once again.

I now have two of these sharpeners. They are excellent. Easy to use, cheap, and do an excellent job.I am not sure how good they are with serrated edges.I recommend them.

After trying many different knife sharpeners I have now found the best - this one. OK it does shave a little bit off the knife, but it has restored my knives to easy usability, rather than them sit in the drawer, unused.

I bought this knife sharpener as the reviews I read were so positive - I generally read the reviews before chancing a purchase - & I must admit I WAS impressed (& I'm not easily impressed!!).
Now how can one rave over a knife sharpener?
Well...as the product claims, the sharpener attaches by a strong suction to the worktop, then you just slide the knife through the sharpener once or twice (no pressure required as with other sharpeners) - & HEY PRESTO... A REALLY SHARP KNIFE! My knife now glides through tomatoes, onions, potatoes - even butternut squash.
I can now sharpen my bread & other serrated knives - so important when slicing through fresh bread.
Definitely one of my most successful purchases!!

This is an excellent sharpener. It's very robust and dead simple to use. No huffing and puffing needed to produce stunningly sharp knives and the suction pad provides excellent stability. Very higly recommended.
