I didn't get the design of trainer I ordered and the replacement sent was still incorrect; right code on box but incorrect trainer design inside - both times, but I wanted this type of trainer so I kept them anyway. Also the price when I ordered these was nearly £30 cheaper than anywhere else. The trainer is brilliant, super comfortable and I wear them everyday. The main reason I wanted these was because I suffer from psoriatic arthritis which is pretty much identical to rheumatoid arthritis and my knees in particular are usually quite painful and swollen, these trainers make walking a lot more comfortable and cushion impact more than anything else I've worn. I can't really comment on the fitness side of things... I haven't really noticed a difference if I'm honest, but I walk with a limp due to the pain of the condition I have so perhaps don't walk in them as recommended... if that makes sense. I would give them five stars for comfiness though and have only given them four stars here because of the fitness claim which I can't really corroborate.

Great shoes, really comfortable, great to walk in. Really pleased with the purchase.Not sure yet if they have made any difference to my cellulite or toned my legs any more than walking would normally. But great shoes and really comfortable to wear when walking.

comfortable and you can feel it's harder work, legs are more toned and my bad back of 3 months has gone! hoorah! sizing is a bit on the big side so works loose quickly. well worth the money but it hasn't made me look like kate moss.

These shoes are so comfortable iv walked in these and found them good a good fit only thing I found the thick sole a bit rocky and when I forgot I had them on I almost toppled over they are a great price and if I had to buy them at full price I wouldn't have been able to afford them I am very pleased

Very good value especially when compared with other similar shoes in the market. I love the dvd which gives you an alternative to going out if the weather is bad. A good thought as well with interchangeable shoe laces.
I would recommend them to anyone trying to shape up without going to the gym.
